3. Finding Your Garden Place

Create a sacred space – in the shade or the morning sun; by the fire place or on a voyage:

• A place where you will be able to speak with God from your heart.

• A view where you can gaze upon the wonders of nature, and God’s Divine attributes therein.

• A sacred space so that you can make intimate contact with the living person of Jesus.

Choose a bit of Creation which inspires tranquil moments:

• fresh air, open sky, birds, trees, flowers

• a city sidewalk, a hiking trail, meadow, or mountain.

• through a window, a potted plant, a flower bed

• sounds of birds singing or water flowing

You can sit, walk, run, or even ride. 

Find the signs of His Love that are evident in Nature.  

Encounter God in your garden place for a tangible relationship with Him on Earth. 

Become friends. 

Listen. God will speak to your heart and tell you His plans for you.

Feel His love and hear His voice in the stillness.
